BABIES & YOUNG CHILDREN
If you have a baby or a young child we recommend you call the restaurant to ensure we organise a suitable table for you, or make sure you book the full number of seats counting children as adults. This will help to ensure you have sufficient space at your table. Baby changing facilities, please contact the restaurant you are visiting as they vary from venue to venue.

DISABLED ACCESS & FACILITIES
Please contact the restaurant you are visting regarding disabled access as our facilities vary from venue to venue.
Eating challenges must be specified and pre-booked at least 24hrs before your visit. You will be required to pay a £10 deposit per person taking a challenge (see deposits above for directions).
LARGER PARTIES, DEPOSITS & TABLES
If your party is 6 or more people please note that a £10 per head deposit must be paid by Paypal or card in order to guarantee your table (see payment details at the bottom). This will be deducted from your bill on the night, in full, even if one or two members of your party is unable to attend. Please note that as a smaller restaurant, tables may be joined together to accommodate your party and a table for 8, for example, could be 2 x 4 with slightly less space than you may normally expect. A 10% discretionary service charge will be added to your bill if your party is 8 or more.
We will hold a table reservation for 15 minutes after your allocated time. After this time we may offer it to a walk-in customer so please call us if you are running late as reservations cannot be guaranteed if you are more than 15 minutes late.
NHS, EMERGENCY SERVICES & FORCES / BLUE-LIGHT CARD DISCOUNT 20%
We recognise the fantastic work done by these service people for our communities and, as a small thank you, we offer a 20% discount on production of a valid and relevant services ID card. Offer applies Monday to Thursday only. Please note that this offer only applies to public sector staff working for the NHS, fire service, police service or the armed forces or holders of a Blue Light Card. Where there is a combined bill and not all diners have ID, we may apply a pro-rata discount to the table (e.g. two diners, one ID card, 20%/2 = 10% discount).

All seasonal and special occasion menus (e.g. Christmas, Valentines) have to be pre-ordered at least 24hrs before your visit to the restaurant. Larger parties may also be asked to complete a pre-order form. This just helps us to ensure we have everything your table wants available when you come in and helps us to provide you with a better service.

Where ordering for delivery through a delivery partner, Smoke Shack cannot accept liability for delays or issues with the food received and does not offer any refunds or discounts. Any complaints should be made directly to the delivery company in the first instance or to the appropriate restaurant manager.
